PACT's project is published in WATER LEADER
PACT's Project--naked Stables Water Reuse is published in WATER LEADER (Voume 2/Issue 1/July 2014, ISSN 2053-6968). The Project won Highly Commended Award by Global Water Awards in 2014.
PACT provided EPC service of water reuse to naked Retreats, the first resort in China to receive the LEED Platinum rating, in 2013. Two containerized compact MBR (Membrane BioReactor) package sewage treatment plants (STP) are used to handle all the sewage of Naked Retreats. One 20ft container package handles 40 m3/d sewage from stable, restaurant and staff dormitory. Another 40ft container package handles 140 m3/d sewage from gust rooms and Staff Canteen. The effluent of STP is used for flushing, fire flight, irrigation and landscape. The sewage pollution in the scenic spot is avoided and fresh water consumption is largely reduced for this reason.
